John Went Above and Beyond

Geral KIA of North Aurora has easy online appointment set up, excellent service, and fair/upfront pricing for oil changes. John went above and beyond on this visit. It was a busy Saturday and once my vehicle was completed and we were talking about tires for my visit John walked me to my car and I was on my way home. It was only about 20 minutes later that I realized we both had completely forgotten about payment. I immediately called and explained the situation and that I would like to settle my outstanding bill. John said that there was no charge and thanked me for my honestly in calling and explaining the situation. I cannot even imagine another service facility handling the situation like that. I was completely amazed and it simply confirms why Gerald is the only place I take my vehicle for service.

Great service

Kyle did a nice turn by getting me in for service early as a walk-in…….going on a trip today and would have gone way over oil change limit before my scheduled service appt on 9/26….
