excellent service

the moment i got out of my vehicle i was met at the curb by an employee with a nice greeting. upon entering the facility an employee i had the scheduled appointment with was helping other customers at the time but he immediately came over and said he would be with me in minutes and he was. my experience was smooth and quick. Ray answered every question i had with honesty and got me in the vehicle that i was looking for right down to the color request.

Excelente servicio.

Excelente servicio. Superaron mis expectativas. Fui pensando que no sería aprobada porque me habían negado en dos lugares antes de visitarlos y conseguí un gran vendedor dispuesto a ayudarme y explicarme todo, un excelente financista que hizo lo mejor de sus habilidades y un gerente Venezolano sumamente amable que desde el principio se ofreció a ayudarme y cumplió. Lo que me ofrecieron lo cumplieron, el pago mensual quedo dentro del rango que esperaba, obtuve un muy buen APR a pesar de todas las cosas que tenía en contra según mi crédito y mi trade in. Salí con un carro mejor del que esperaba y con un gran deal. Realmente me siento feliz por mi nuevo vehículo. Kia tiene mucha tecnología y features 😍 Lo que dicen que van a hacer lo hacen sin vueltas y sin engaños. Cumplen cada palabra que te prometen en la negociación.
