Brittany is a true professional and a great person.
Brittany is a true professional and a great person. She has provided the great service! First of all, she knew everything about the car and answered every single question we had before the test drive, during and after. Secondly, she was always very polite, patient and extremely easy to work with. After we ordered our car, Brittany constantly followed up with emails updates on car's build and progress. We are taking a car delivery at the BMW Performance Center in SC, and Brittany sent us information to make sure we will have a great experience there. Finally, she has never applied any pressure in any aspects of our communications and all experience was not stressful at all.. I can say with a full confidence, Brittany is the best car salesperson I purchased my car from. Thank you Brittany!

Good dealership with an excellent sales advisor.
I have bought more than 50 cars in my lifetime. This was one of the best experiences. My sales advisor, Nate Vitek, was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend anyone looking for a BMW to go to BMW of Silver Spring and work with Nate. I got a great deal and more importantly, I was treated like a human being.
