Outstanding Service

I went in to have my BMW serviced and out of curiosity wanted to think about changing my car so I went over to the sales department and was met at the door by Mr. Lonnie Overby! It was my lucky day!!!! Ask for Lonnie if you’re looking to buy a car. Lonnie was patient, personable, professional and really looked out for my best interest. He also knew all the tricks and mechanics of the cars he sell. Furthermore, Jhonayra Vargas in the finance department was also the icing on the cake. She explained everything to me like a best friend would. The Finance Manager Pedro also worked some magic to make it happen for me. Well, I walked out that day with a newly purchased car all because of their sincerity and genuine help! I am happy with my purchase. Mr. Grant King in the service department was also on-point and outstanding. If you’re looking for a car or service go to BMW of Silver Spring you will not be disappointed!

Harold's The Guy!

This was our first experience with a BMW dealership, but we have purchased luxury vehicles before. The experience at BMW of Silver Spring was just wonderful! We called in advance to make sure the Z4 we were interested in was still available, and Harold Shelby said it was, and that he would have it parked out front for us when we arrived. First Class Guy, that Harold. Informative, kind and so helpful! Harold set up test drives for us and helped us make sense of the all the technology that comes on today's cars. He ushered the car through the final inspection to make sure it was ready for us to take it home, and we were off and running. Love the car and loved the experience of working with Harold! If you are looking for good car knowledge and a willingness to help, Harold's the guy!

Great experience at MileOne BMW of Silver Spring

I had a great experience leasing my second BMW from this dealership! I worked with different people this time and my experience was even better then it was in 2014. Brittany Barrett and Max Moyer exceeded all my expectations! Brittany is a true professional and a great person. First of all, she knew everything about the car and answered every single question we had before the test drive, during and after. Secondly, she was always very polite, patient and extremely easy to work with. After we ordered our car, Brittany constantly followed up with emails updates on car's build and progress. We are taking a car delivery at the BMW Performance Center in SC, and Brittany sent us information to make sure we will have a great experience there. Finally, she has never applied any pressure in any aspects of our communications and all experience was not stressful at all. I can say with a full confidence, Brittany is the best car salesperson I purchased my car from. Max Moyer met us when we arrived at the dealership and assigned Brittany to work with us. Every time he passed by, he stopped and made sure our experience was top notch! He constantly inquired if we had any additional questions, needed anything to drink or he could help us with anything. When we visited the second time to sign the papers, Max kept coming over to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the deal. Max is not only is a great manager, but the best car sales manager we have ever bought a car from. I also want to give kudos to Gen Awanohara, the finance manager. It was great working with him! All in all, I was very impressed working with Brittany, Max and Gen. What a great team at MileOne BMW of Silver Spring!
