My experience with this dealership was very exceptional.

My experience with this dealership was very exceptional. I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Nate Vitek, who took care of me and my needs with the utmost sincerity, and also Mr Pedro Delgado, who helped find the best financing options available. I told Nate my budget and he found a car that was just within my range. After test driving the car and coming back the dealership helped me find the best possible finance option. This was not something I expected from the dealership, so I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to walk out the next day with the keys in hand. My experience at this BMW dealership was refreshing and I would recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to stop by and have a chat with Mr. Nate Vitek, and the awesome team at BMW of Silver Spring.

German is extremely helpful, he is very patient and explains everything to me. He also keeps track of previous maintenance by memory and is able to give advice as well! I’ll keep coming to silver spring, so that German can help service my car!

My sincere thanks for the teamwork Desirea and Brittany displayed in coordinating the sale of the vehicle I was in the market for at the price point I needed. From the groundwork Desirea laid following our initial contact, throughout the seamless finish Brittany so well orchestrated, the entire experience was both efficient and effective. These employees, both of whom are obviously fully invested in the work they do, are worthy of commendation for their professionalism, motivation, level of knowledge, and unsurpassed, genuine courtesy. As an active duty Naval Officer with 24 years of service, I've had the opportunity to purchase ten new and used vehicles in seven separate regions - this purchase easily surpassed all others. My experience was amazing!

My experience was amazing!! I worked with Lonnie and his customer service was incredible from the start to end. He kept in contact with me the whole time. I decided to try this location after a horrible experience at a location in VA and I am glad I did because even after I purchased my vehicle, Lonnie texted and emailed me to follow up. I will definitely recommend him and the staff at BMW of Silver Spring. It was such a great experience - I do recommend. I will purchase my new vehicle from Lonnie… and recommend him to all my family and friends.
