I've been trying to buy a new vehicle since last month,

I've been trying to buy a new vehicle since last month, contacted JC Thomas with hopes of getting the car earlier and sent him exactly what I am looking for. He told me ordering it will take 6 months but there are some similar available. He doesn't really seem to take my inquiry seriously, He responds to my emails after few days and I am still waiting for his response to my last email since last week!! This is a very expensive car and I really expect a better customer service from BMW. I had a way better experience few years ago when I bought my other bmw.

Brittany is very responsive and a pleasure to work with, the dealership backs her up. I had a custom order for a Tanzanite Blue i4 M50 that she patiently help me customize but it got delayed due to circumstances beyond their control and Brittany knew the options (DAPP & PAP) that were the most important and presented me with two different cars, ended up going with a black metallic that's gorgeous. Highly recommend working with them, it was worth the additional drive time as the other dealer is closer to my house.
