I would like to acknowledge the outstanding service provided to me by David Davila, Client Advisor at BMW of Silver Spring. I visited or called five BMW dealership with interest in purchasing a 2022 BMW X4 M40i. When I contacted BMW of Silver Spring I was thankfully introduced to David Davila. After my first contact an allocation was placed for a 2022 X4 M40i, a purchase order was signed and returned and a production number from BMW was generated, all within a few hours. I had many questions during the build process and David was available to answer every one of them, several deep into the evening when most agents would not have been available. After waiting anxiously for several months my car arrived at the dealership and I drove 150 miles from Delaware to pick it up. Yes 150 miles, it was well worth it. David handled the delivery flawlessly making this $70,000 purchase pleasant. He went well beyond what I would have expected and I am so thankful that he was my client advisor.
