While I did not purchase my X4 from this dealership, it is where I have it serviced. I popped in today close to quitting time and Lonnie was eager to assist as if I were his first customer of the day, not the last. Thanks for helping a tired school teacher at the end of a long day!

Desirea was great!

Desirea was great! What I appreciated the most was her patience with me. From the first time I sat with her I felt like I was chatting with someone I knew. She took the time to go over the vehicle and walked me through the process of building on line. She took the time to make sure I understood the additional add ons that I requested. She was on full communication with me at all times whether it was by text, email or a call. I had a few special request and she handled it for me. Thank you to the GM there as well.

Scott loves to play games with customers.

Scott loves to play games with customers. A test drive inquiry increases the online listing by $3000, he missed my appointment and said no one informed him about the reschedule. He pretended to be a different salesperson. No Scott pls:)

Hat's off to Lonnie

My buying experience with BMW of Silver Spring was enhanced by the incredible service rendered by salesperson Lonnie Overby. I've purchased 2 cars (2018 BMW M550i and 2021 BMW X7 M50i) because of Lonnie. His approach to the deal was not high pressure. My wife and I happened to stop by "just to look" at a 5 series. Lonnie grabbed the key for us to test drive a 540i. Nice car, but if we were going to purchase one, it would have to had been a V8. Lonnie made a few calls and there were none available. Instead of trying to push the 540i on us, he suggested ordering the car I wanted, the way I wanted. The car arrived 3 months later. I appreciated that approach so much, that we purchased the another car from Lonnie 3 yrs. later...eventhough I live closer to another BMW dealership. Hats off to customer service with integrity. As long as Lonnie is there, you have a customer for life.

Roberto was excellent, professional & went above & beyond to help us with the purchase of our new car. He came in on his day off to assist with the delivery. Pedro was also excellent & professional.
