I always enjoy the Service Tech Video.

I always enjoy the Service Tech Video. He’s always informative and precise. It was necessary to have my car picked up by AAA Towing and delivered to BMW of Silver Spring. Surprisingly, she wouldn’t start. I called Brandy in the Service Center..She was comforting.. I stopped worrying.. She kept me updated and was reassuring. When I picked up my car, the Service Cashiers were friendly and professional. The young man that delivered my car offered to drive my car out of the garage..He was courteous and opened the door for me. As a senior I take notice and applaud younger generations who take time to be not only professional, knowledgeable and helpful, but also thoughtful.

Very pleased with all the help I received in the car

Harold Shelby was my sales person.

Harold Shelby was my sales person. He was great through out the entire sales process. He clearly talked through the car feature and get me informed throughout the financing steps. Anyone in the market for a car, I highly recommend working with Harold.
