The purchase of this car was not easy, as it wasn't planned and the color I wanted for the replacement was not available. The car was delayed for quite a while. Desirea was always patient and provided professional guidance through the purchase process, but more importantly, she was steady and professional as the car was delayed by the factory and we were irritated and disappointed. We enjoyed working with her, as she always brought a smile and quick and accurate response to our inquiries. Finally, right after getting the car, we couldn't get it to charge and returned to the service area with pictures to try to diagnose the problem. The service department said the lights indicated an error of some sort, and we would have to bring the car in for diagnostics. Desirea took a look and said she thought the amperage on the car was probably too high for the outlet we were using at our house and she lowered the setting on the car. Voila! She was better than the service technicians! She was right!!!
