During my inquire and Prior to visiting the store Abiiola

During my inquire and Prior to visiting the store Abiiola was very addictive it always reply back to my texts. When arriving to my appointment, he was patient and able to answer every question and able to answer as I went back-and-forth, about which car I want it and even help me with test driving two different vehicles to make a final decision. The financial part was quick and easy, no high-pressure sales. To top it off, Amit was there to help me explore all the new features of the car. I was very, very impressed with my experience and with these two gentlemen. This was by far the best experience I could’ve had, and I left very pleased with my vehicle and the service I received.

At Mile One BMW in Silver Spring MD the customer experience is above and beyond. In sales Debbie Huyna guided me thru the process making it easy. Amit Thanki is the tech expert for setting up the many electronic enhancements and explaining how everything works. He loves what he does and does it well. Bottom Line: It is a great dealership. I just had another excellent experience from BMW of Silver Spring. I’ve purchased 3 cars from this dealership and they consistently deliver outstanding sales, service, and and technical assistance on vehicle features. Eric Lovo was my sales associate and helped me get the perfect vehicle fit for my needs, he is readily available to answer any of my questions. He is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. My service advisor was Alex Leh and he was quick and thorough in getting my vehicle checked in and serviced. I also spent some time with Amit who is the BMW genius. He was able to configure my car features to my driving needs. Amit’s knowledge of the cars features is truly astounding. Highly recommend these 3 individuals at this dealership.

Amit, the BMW Genius, saved me from myself!

Amit, the BMW Genius, saved me from myself! In my haste, I left my keys at home, or so I thought. I realized my key wasn’t on me so I locked up via the My BMW app the Amit oriented me to. Following my appointment, I was able to unlock my car the same way but without my key I couldn’t start it. So I texted my BMW lifeline, Amit, who preemptively
