Awesome dealership - this has got to be the most

Awesome dealership - this has got to be the most organized dealership I’ve ever been to - I’ve purchased 3 BMWs from this dealership and each time I’ve been extremely happy with the overall service - during my recent purchase my salesman couldn’t make our scheduled appointment and at the last minute another salesman (Miguel Mendez) stepped in and oversaw the entire process. Our wait was longer than normal as for some reason the dealership was slammed that day and they were short on staff - for the inconvenience, the dealership sent us out to lunch and the dealership paid for it. Finally when we got into finance, we met with Finance Mgr, Naeim Imaniyan. I’ve purchased 2 other BMWs from this dealership and Naeim approaches you like a friend vs a customer. Miguel, Naeim, and all others involved are all professional as well as personable. I couldn’t ask for a better experience in purchasing a car.

I bought the 2025 X5 from this dealership.

I bought the 2025 X5 from this dealership. Miguel Mendez is an excellent salesperson and very honest. The whole car buying process was a breeze because Miguel kept me informed in advance and made sure all the paperwork is ready. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and only bought the car because of Miguel excellent customer service. He gave me a very good price on the car. I will be definitely be buying future cars from Miguel and this dealership.

Very personable, friendly, and family oriented

Very personable, friendly, and family oriented dealership. The entire staff are all experienced and very friendly. Just purchased my 3rd BMW from this dealership and will continue to do so for any future BMW purchases.

I bought my vehicle on line and through phone

I bought my vehicle on line and through phone conversations. Everyone from the salesman to the finance team went smoothly. My vehicle was delivered to me on time and I’m very happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to make another purchase in the future.

The best service great bunch of guys the salesmanager was

The best service great bunch of guys the salesmanager was great as well as the credit manager was first rate. My salesmen was a gentleman there was also a tech guy who set up my car second to none.

Kyle is awesome!

Kyle is awesome! I was recently in the market for a pre-owned luxury sedan and reached out to BMW Silver Spring regarding the car. My inquiry was responded to quickly by Kyle Greene, and he promptly set me up with a test drive of the vehicle that I was interested in.  There was absolutely no sales pressure from him, and he created a positive and relaxed environment.  He did a really nice drive of demonstrating features of the vehicle, and explaining how they effect the ride and handling. The pricing negotiation was very straightforward, and I felt like Kyle was trying to get me a quick and fair deal He worked with me to get a decent price on my trade in as well. Finally, he also worked to include getting some minor issues with my vehicle corrected as part of the purchase deal. I recently brought the car back in to get those issues sorted out. Kyle was great at staying in communication with me. The fixes were not only done ahead of the promised timeline, he had them correct all 4 of my wheels - when only two were originally promised. It's rare these days for people to go so far above and beyond, and he really made the experience great. I would highly recommend Kyle and the dealership to all my friends and family.

Don't bother setting appointments as nothing will be

Don't bother setting appointments as nothing will be ready upon arrival and you'll sit at the dealership for 2 hours just to do a test drive. Mind you, the test drive was set up days in advance. She also will disappear for a half an hour at a time for unexplained reasons. Also, don't try calling, emailing, or texting her. She simply doesn't reply
