This dealership is fantastic.

This dealership is fantastic. Most recently, I’ve been in touch with the service department, specifically Joy, and the BMW Genius, Amit. They’ve helped with tags and getting up to speed on how to work the dash (my last car had a cassette tape player so you can imagine the leap!!). They were so kind, patient, professional, and fun. Highly recommend going to BMW Silver Spring!!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Dawit.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Dawit. He was responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Although we did not initially expect to purchase a vehicle from BMW of Silver Spring, Dawit's competitive offers and overall excellence led us to making a purchase. Brandi is my go to service advisor. She’s very attentive to addressing the known and unknown needs of my vehicle when I bring it in for service. The attention to detail allows me to rest assured that I’ll be taken care of and leaving in a safe vehicle. During my visit I started the journey of test driving SUVs to add to our household as a family car. Harold was wonderful in showing me an X5 M50i and X7 M50i. He was very knowledgeable about both and highlighted the unique features of each. The test drive was great. He was helpful without pressuring us. I hope to find our next vehicle with Harold in the near future.

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Greene and appreciate the support and information he provided throughout the process. The first day I walked into the dealership, Kyle graciously accommodated my odd request to test how comfortably my large Surdo 1 drum would fit in the trunk of the 530 model. I had also considered the X4 SUV and Kyle explained the features of both vehicles in simple, plain language and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision for my use and lifestyle. My vehicle was ordered from Germany and Kyle kept me informed about the status from the shipping port to the delivery at BMW of Silver Spring dealership. When we went on test drives, Kyle pointed out key features and the impact on the driving experience and vehicle response. I also like the route that he chose, because it enable me get a good feel of the vehicles. Naeim explained the scope and the benefits of each of the maintenance packages, which helped me make a decision. I also appreciate that the options were customizable. I was also thrilled to see the beautiful red bow on my car in the private delivery area on pick up day. It was a lovely way to end the process. Thank you Kyle for a memorable car buying experience.

I ultimately did not purchase from Silver Spring BMW

I ultimately did not purchase from Silver Spring BMW because they did not have the hard-to-find vehicle I wanted, but Dawit was extremely helpful and responsive.
