Tae Yeon is outstanding Salesman!!! He makes the car buying process so easy and simple. I also had a great deal on my new 2020 X3. Even salesman from another dealer was amazed by what Tae Yeon had offered me. This is my second time buying experience with him and I highly recommend him.

I purchased a wonderfully maintained 2014 BMW X3 in July 2020 that was traded in only hours before - it was a very easy experience working with Karen Herbert. Karen and Joanna were flexible for me to bring my leased BMW on my day off and to the swap for the 'new to me' 2014 X3. I really appreciate Karen's flexibility for safe test driving during this pandemic. Also, the detail team did a terrific job and the car looks brand new! I am so happy with my purchase! Used Car Purchase
I purchased an excellently maintained 2017 430i Convertible. Gen Awanohara was my sales representative. Due to a time constraint of mine, Gen came in on his day off to show me the car and was incredibly patient throughout the entire experience. He let me take a longer than normal test drive and sat answering all of my questions - never rushing me to make a decision. If you ever find yourself in the market for a BMW make sure to ask for Gen!
