Amazing customer service!

The staff at BMW of Silver Spring is amazing! I recently purchased a 4 series and could not be happier with the car and the service I've received throughout the entire process. A special shout out to Pedro Delgado from finance who really went above and beyond to make sure my temporary tags were renewed, despite all the issues w/ COVID! Thanks again Pedro!

Great Experience!

I recently bought a X5 from BMW of Silver Spring and the process couldn't have been easier. My salesman, Ben, was fast to reply online, provided me all of the information that I asked for prior to going to the dealership, stuck to the deal he offered via text, and made the overall process of buying my BMW as pleasant as possible. Additionally, their finance department was very quick and didn't try to pressure any decisions. I highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring.

Bought my 3rd car (X3) from BMW of Silver Spring (and traded in one (M2) as well). I want to thank Max (sales manager) and Lonnie (client advisor), for their excellent service. I appreciated their straightforward, easy going, and attention to detail approach to car sales. I maximized my deal in a a friendly environment. Additionally, the dealership is updated and clean. COVID safety protocols present and apparent.

I was very much impressed by Ms Brandi Rodgers who was professional, asked if l wanted to wait or have a car rental. Went over what was due but made sure the person who worked on my car kept me informed bis email. A shout out to the person who worked on the car. Also to the guy who let me use a rental. The entire staff from the time l walked up to the receptionist to the cashier. Amazing staff!!!
