Hello, To Mr. Ron Askew thanks for going over and beyond. Customer service was excellent!!! Ron Askew commitment to detail saved us 1,000.00 on our purchase. When we walked into the dealership the first person that greeted us was Ron Askew and it didn't stop there when we had questions after driving off the lot we called Ron after hours and Ron waked us through the issue. We were please start to finish!!. It's was refreshing to see someone so dedicated in pleasing the customers. Five stars to Ron Askew and his team at BMW of Silver Springs MD.

I was very impressed with my experience at BMW of Silver Spring. I bought a 3 year old auto from the sales rep Andy Alexis. He made the experience enjoyable due to his good natured, friendly relaxed style. I brought my niece with me so she could learn what is involved in buying a car and Andy took the time to discuss with her what is important to consider. He made sure to explain each step of the process and had the car washed and filled the gas tank. I would definitely go back to Andy next time I am in the market to buy a car.

My sales guy Gen Awanohara, was sooo helpful and knowledgeable, it made my experience a pleasure. He made sure I was taking care of and went out his way to provide me with outstanding service. I would recommend him to anybody

My car buying experience with BMW Silver Spring, was by far the most pleasant, stress-free experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. My husband and I drove down from PA, due to poor service at our local dealership and we were glad we chose to do so. Ben Peter, our client advisor was amazing! He was very professional and knowledgeable, but more importantly, he was attentive and responsive. He did not try to sell us, but rather listened to what we were looking for and matched us with the appropriate vehicle and I could not be happier. Ben, even checked in to ensure I arrived home safely—and he has a cute kid☺️ The finance guys, Iso and Pedro were hilarious, both had a great sense of humor, while ensuring that I fully understood the product they were offering. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate doing business with BMW Silver Spring in the future.

Even though I did not purchase a vehicle for financial reasons, Ron Askew made the process smooth and easy, was very straight forward, was willing to work our minor issues I had with the vehicle and did not pressure me to doing anything that wasn’t necessary which was GREAT! I would definitely recommended to go see Ron at BMW of Silver Spring If buying a vehicle whether New or Pre-owned.
