Excellent Customer Service with Eric and Max!

What is unique about this review is that I did not end up purchasing a vehicle, but the service I received from Eric Lovo and Max Moyer during the process was outstanding! There were no less than 40 detailed email messages. COVID-19 has created a unique environment, and the dealership was prepared, masks were worn during the test drive, there was no buying pressure or stress, and the remote experience was exceptionally well handled. I found working among seven dealerships in this process that only a few, literally three, were willing and able to fully communicate via email (my preferred method). This included detailed quotes, explanations, negotiation, and responsiveness. Eric and Max handled it all above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely come back for my next vehicle and if you are considering a BMW, I strongly recommend you give BMW of Silver Spring an opportunity to deliver your next vehicle.

Friendly and prompt customer service

Gen was very courteous, friendly, patience, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. No haggling and/or hassling from him or BMW of Silver Spring. I will highly recommend him.

Horacio provided EXCELLENT customer service

I contacted BMW of Silver Spring to order parts for my car. I was hesitant about going into the building due to COVID-19. Horacio was VERY patient. He walked me through the process, reviewed the pictures of what I needed to order, and gave his BEST recommendation. He explained the online payment method as well and the text message payment method. Throughout the whole process, he followed up when we were disconnected to ensure clarity and completion of the task. After I completed my virtual payment method, he followed up via aphone call to confirm that the payment processed, and my parts will be delivered to my home. I APPRECIATE customer service like he demonstrated. He was nice, calming, and very clear. Encountering people like him at BMW Silver Spring is the reason why I will continue to meet my service needs at THIS particular location. THANK YOU Horacio!!!!

Finally found our perfect car!

We had been searching for a manual transmission and had almost given up hope when we got a call from Karen Herbert. She'd just seen a pre-owned one come back in from lease, and told us it was in great shape and a great deal. She was right! In person, Karen was knowledgable and funny, and she was able to answer all of our questions. She shepherded us through the process without any pressure at all (how delightful!) and made the whole transaction seamless. Her colleague Osi was likewise terrific--and even the Front Desk team member, Lelia Walker, was super helpful and friendly. Best car buying experience I've ever had, frankly. Highly recommend.

Great experience purchasing a car

I bought an X5 from Gen Awanohara. Overall I had a great experience. I bought the car sight unseen out of state so it was especially challenging but Gen was very responsive and detail oriented. Would definitely buy from him again.

Great experience buying a new car

I bought an X5 from Gen Awanohara. He was excellent throughout the process. I bought the car sight unseen out of state which made it more challenging but Gen was extremely responsive and detailed. Would buy from him again.

Outstanding response to our car search

Ms. Karen Herbert provided outstanding service during our recent search for a manual transmission car. She replied immediately to our email request, and had the car ready for a test drive within hours. She is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Manual transmissions are hard to find, but she did it. We had a thoroughly positive experience with Karen.
