We had a great experience shopping for our first BMW with Mr. Awanohara. We purchased the car we wanted with ease and at the right price for us. No hassle, no back and forth, no games. Highly recommended if you are ready to do this important investment. Thank you! I also want to mention that David Davila was implemental and very kind, just that when we were ready and really need to get the car he was on leave. But we want to acknowledge him as well.

Great experience

Had a great experience buying a car here. Gen Awanohara was super helpful and got me some discounts I wasn't planning on that ended up saving me a good amount of money. Overall very pleased and would gladly buy from here again!

Buy your BMW with Eric Lovo at BMW of SilverSpring

I recently purchased a BMW I3 from Eric Lovo, one of the exceptional client advisors at BMW of Silver Spring. He was amazing to work with because he was very knowledgeable and I felt that he was very honest. He made the car buying process smooth, easy and no stress. I really appreciate that Eric and BMW of Silver Spring do Not have a high pressure approach. Eric was great at answering all my questions and let the quality of the car sell itself. I very highly recommend Eric Lovo and BMW of Silver Spring if you are in the market for a BMW. I drive by at least 3 BMW dealerships to get to BMW of Silver Spring from my home in Northern Virginia and I will continue to do so! I recently had brake service performed and their service department is equally as attentive.

Horrible Service

I scheduled a service for my vehicle because the engine light came on and requested a loaner. I am coming from DC to SIlver Springs which is a 20 mile drive. I arrive to drop off the vehicle and I am told there are no loaners or courtesy van. I am told I could come back in the afternoon to drop off my car because more than likely there will be loaner cars available. I am working and don’t have the luxury to take time off in the middle of the day on a whim. Not to mention that would be 80 miles put on my car for this servicing and I don’t put 80 miles on my car in a week. It doesn’t take much to call clients that there are no more loaners for the day to save everyone a headache. It would also be very easy to know how many cars are available for loan and when all of the loaners are requested, no longer allow clients to request a loaner on the website. This could have saved me 40 miles on my car and gas. Absolutely a horrible way to treat paying customers especially for a luxury vehicle such as a BMW. I will never take my car to BMW of Silver Spring for anything.

Best Car Buying Experience

Went in to look at a used car and had the best experience throughout the entire process. Kan Zhou was extremely helpful from start to finish. He kept constant communication, continuously keeping me up to date on things. A big thank you to Kan for not only taking care of me, but also the car in making sure it was in top shape. I highly recommend if you're looking to buy a car from BMW of Silver Spring to ask for Kan. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had.

A nice dealer with a nice car

My experience with Gen in the Service Department was fantastic! Gen was very friendly and communicated frequently while having my car. I highly recommend him!

Great Experience
