BMW of Silver Spring

I took my X3 in for service. My service advisor was Kristina Williams. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She was efficient and knowledgeable. I dropped off my vehicle but after returning home, became ill. I contacted Kristina and explained I would be unable to come for my car. She was so kind, gracious and understanding. She said she would arrange to have my car delivered the next morning and the loaner picked up. I was overwhelmed. No staff at any dealership has ever shown this level of compassion. This is not our first BMW but is the first purchased at Silver Spring BMW. It will not be our last. Kristina has ensured our loyalty.

Rachel was very efficient, responsive , professional and helpful. Got excellent service for my X-5 last week. All staff was very polite and waiting time was minimum.

Tae provided fantastic sales support. We exchanged all details online and within 24 hours I was able to arrange the sale of the exact lease return vehicle I was looking to buy and at a fair price. He answered all my questions quickly even sending information after hours. I drove three states to get my car and will contact Tae again for my next vehicle.

I did a lot of research prior to buying my vehicle for what I should be paying for it and at what terms. Gen was straight forward and very honest, leaving nothing for me to really haggle over since he started with the right price.
