I have had four straight leases from this dealer and each one has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The sales portion has been outstanding with a knowledgeable and attentive salesman in Andy Alexis. I have never considered going to another dealer.

An Excellent buying experience - Thanks Karen
We previously purchased a vehicle at this dealership back in 2008 and it was great experience. For this reason, we decided to make this purchase here. Our BMW client advisor was Karen. She was great and very knowledgeable about all things BMW. I would say one of the things that stood out was the fact that she also took pride in owning a BMW which is such a value add when one is selling a product and in the case a BMW. She took her time to provide us with the kind of service that would make anyone feel at home. Additionally, she worked hard to ensure we got the best deal that could be offered. I'm not the kind of buyer that likes the back end forth of negotiating so I want the best deal to be offered especially since I do my research before entering any dealership. Karen is GREAT. I would also like to give a great thanks to all those that we interacted with to make this process a success. We would definitely recommend BMW of Silver Spring to anyone that is ready to purchase a BMW. Thanks again to Karen. Hope to work with you again.

I found a car I liked. I sent an inquiry online and Lonnie called me. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. The next day I went to see the car. Next thing I know, I was buying the car and the whole experience was stress free thanks to Lonnie. I am glad to have met with him. I recommend you ask for Lonnie when you visit bmw of silver spring.

No gimmicks or sales tactics here which was such a refreshing change from other dealerships — really decent prices and transparency at every step.
