Eric Lovo is the best. He was so knowledgeable and nice. One thing I like from him is that he is very patient. I don’t remember how many cars we had for test drive. We had a great car buying experience. If you need a new BMW car, come to see him. You will be happy with his service. Also, Allen Kim in the finance department was very helpful.

I had a great experience with Andy Alexis! He was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He helped finalize my purchase of a 2 series Gran Coupe and made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. I will definitely reach out to Andy in the future when I am looking for a BMW!
