One of the best BMW dealerships, ask for Eric Lovo
One of the best dealerships in the DC tri-state area. Very welcoming and professional staff. Our salesman, Eric Lovo, was exceptional. A very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient individual. He was also able to get us a very good deal on our CPO BMW. I highly recommend working with Eric. Our interaction with the service department afterwards was also effortless. Service staff and technicians were able to resolve a small issue with our vehicle under warranty and within one day. An excellent experience all around.

Working with Eric was great we couldn’t close the deal...
Working with Eric was great we couldn’t close the deal but through no lack of him trying to find me a build allocation that was near impossible given the impact of COVID19. I was referred to him by a fellow BMW enthusiast who did close a deal with him and had a great experience and I can see why. He answered all my questions honestly and put in the time to fight for a great overall price. Hopefully in the future we get another opportunity to work together. Keep up the honest straight forward approach Eric you get repeat customers that way...something some other sales guys forget.
