I would like to thank Ron Askew and Allen Kim for helping me to purchase my first BMW. Ron had the car I wanted to look at, ready for me to take a rest drive when I arrived at the dealership. I want to thank Allen for explaining the available maintenance and extended warranties in detail. Also for his recommendations.

POOR SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP

I WOULD GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP A ZERO STAR IF I COULD. THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING A SALE AND DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AFTERWARDS. I PURCHASED A CAR ON 1-3-20. I DID NOT GET MY PLATE TILL MARCH AND AS OF TODAY'S REVIEW, STILL HAS NOT GOTTEN MY TITLE AFTER SPEAKING WITH SALES MANAGER 1 MONTH AGO. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION, AND GO TO ANOTHER BMW DEALERSHIP.

We apologize that we weren’t able to obtain a title for you right away as there was an error on our end when processing the paperwork. Once we figured out was what was wrong, we immediately took action to correct it. On April 21, we received a clear title and, per your request, have overnighted it to you. Unfortunately, this took longer than we expected due to the staffing levels and partial closures of banks and Motor Vehicle Administrations. You should be receiving your title any day now. I have been using this dealership for a number of years...

I have been using this dealership for a number of years and have always been very pleased with their sales as service. Their staff is always professional and courteous. This is expected but not the same at all dealerships. So it is nice to feel appreciated when spending my hard earned money.

Service of 2020 BMW 440i drive

Professional customer service

I went in to look at the X2 and the X3 SUV and was very impressed with salesman Ronald Askew who was very kind and attentive to the type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He showed me both and I ended up buying the X2. The financing manager Allen Kim was great making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Overall I am thrilled with the service I received at BMW of Silver Spring.

Professional

Went in to look at an SUV type. Found a great one in our price range. Ended up buying, we received great service. I am from out of state and they were able to overcome every issue that was brought up because of that. They answered every question we had and were very professional. They even stayed late to help us. 10/10

Allen kim was our finance manager and he has helped my...

Allen kim was our finance manager and he has helped my family a lot, he found a better bank that offered a better rate couple days later. We have a new born on the way in two months and him going above and beyond for us means alot. Thank you Allen. Please see for finance as he is one of the best in the dmv. Also David our sales person was amazing. We are looking for another vehicle also and will buy hopefully soon.

Great Customer Service

Truly the best!” GEM truly is the best- I spontaneously filled a request on a BMW X3 one night and Gem rospended the next day to my request. Throughout the day he worked with me over the phone, text messages and by many emails. He had diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Gem has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. The SUV was onsite at the dealership yesterday and looked fantastic- I bought it and glad that I did. I will be referring friends to him and definitely plan to purchase my next vehicle from him. Al
