Karen was very professional and accommodating with all my concerns about the features of my new BMW X3 Hybrid. She let the car do the talking and showing, but was quick and polite to answer all my questions.

This is our first BMW X3 and we had great buying experience at BMW of Silver Spring. Scott gave us several useful tips during our test drive and patiently answered all our questions about the vehicle history and maintenance. We later noticed a fine crack in the parking switch in the X3 and Scott helped us get it fixed promptly at not cost to us. Financing process was smooth with Kim. Over all a great experience!!!

Everything as it should be. Although we were unable to work out a deal in the end, this was a pleasant experience, without undue pressure. All fees and other information disclosed up front.

This is the second car I've bought from Karen and the experience has always been exceptional. Let me tell you, I bought a 2020 M2 competition, only because of the standard transmission factor, with lots of accessories. When I got approved, Karen came back and said the Sales Manager wanted all the accessories paid for or down payment equivalent to the cost, because he had a few bad experience with customers not wanting the car after delivery. After stating my concern and my disapproval. Did you know, Karen went to the General Manager and gotten my vehicle approved with all what I wanted and the little payment I put down. Not just that, Karen kept me informed and in the loop as to the status of the building and delivery of the car. Karen is a great sales person and she will work for you until you're satisfied. I can say, even though I waited for the car for 3.5 months I am one happy and satisfied customer. Thank you very much Karen and keep up the great work you’re doing for BMW of Silver Spring.

Great process, great price and value for my 528i and I love it. Andy Alexis followed up with me and was patient with my 1,001 questions . Definitely will buy here again !
