Great Experience!

As a 56 year old I have purchased a lot of vehicles. BMW of Silver Spring was one of the more pleasant experiences and my salesperson Eric Lovo was probably the best I have ever worked with. His knowledge of the vehicles and easy going manner was beyond outstanding. He continued to follow-up with me on a small issue I had with my new car and made sure I was completely satisfied. I would certainly recommend BMW of Silver Spring and especially Eric for your next car purchase.

Great Experience

Had a great experience from beginning to end with the purchase of my new X3. Andy Alexis, Sr. was extremely helpful and patient as he walked me through the decison process. Andy Alexis, Jr. was very patient and informative during his orientation presentation. Julia Plummer was very helpful as she explained options and completed the sales process. All in all, the entire process was a very positive experience.

Karen was wonderful she knew I was looking to purchase a new SUV from one of her previous client who highly recommended her. I was so satisfied with her experience that I purchased an X6. Karen was not able to see me when I picked up my new car but she kept in touch before I got to the dealership and after I left the dealership. Karen called me two days later to see how I loved my new X6. Thank you Karen

Gen Awanohara is awesome

My salesperson at BMW of Silver Spring was Gen, and I'm very happy with him. He's very professional and upfront with the price, process, and his estimates. He is very clear and upfront about the whole buying experience, and was willing to go the extra effort to provide exactly what we wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. great encounter with Lonnie

We had a pleasant and informative session with Lonnie He is very personable and knowledgeable. I had gone to BMW of Silver Spring looking for a late model preowned veh. Lonnie did a test drive with me and gave me all the information I requested. I was looking at a couple of different makes of vehicle, BMW in my top three. I ultimately did not choose the preowned model I had test driven as it came down to options available on that day. Working with Lonnie was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him.

Great Salesperson

Karen Herbert has been a wonderful Salesperson to work with, not only did she provide an easy sales purchase experience for my new BMW X5 but the service she continues to provide a year later has been exemplary. She checked in & followed up a year after purchase just to see how much I was enjoying the X5. Most recently, I called her and she was able to provide a part I requested at no charge and I know it took time & effort to get it done but of course she went out of her way for me. Great experience with Karen and BMW of Silver Spring.
