AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Great experience at BMW of Silver Spring

We drove from Richmond where there are two BMW dealerships because BMW of Silver Spring was willing to work with us on price and find a car that fit our budget and had all of the bells and whistles we were looking for. Len and John were professional and helpful and the overall experience was fantastic.

Purchase of 2020 330I BMW

Great customer service and professional class A service all around. I used the internet to purchase my new BMW and Max treated me like family from day one. I explained to him what I was looking for and he located the perfect car for me. I been buying cars for over40 years and never experience this high level of customer service. I love my BMW and I will continue to use Max and Silver Spring BMW. In addition would like to add a thank you to Julia your finance specialist, again class A service and what I enjoy the most is her understanding of the BMW products. Again overall I would recommend BMW of Silver Spring to family and friends thank you.

Excellent used BMW & Reasonable Price

Clean car, reasonable price (below market price), fast sale process and no pressure, and Excellent customer service!!! Andy Alexis an excellent salesperson and customer service. He showed me every little details about the car even after the sale was finalized, which I had never experienced with any of previous purchases (new and used). Keep up the good job! I would like to suggest to Andy's manager, please don't t let him go and give him a month paid vacation in Hawaii, a new car, and 2 tickets to his favorite concert!!!!

Inspect the car very well!!

Completely Completely disappointed, only two months owning a certified bmw, and already have to looking to replace rotors. I’m really surprised this is a bmw dealership.
