BIMMERLOVER4EVER
I'm a huge BMW Lover and I had a fully loaded 550i xDrive that was getting up in miles. I decided it was time to go get another BMW. I immediately called my Service Director, Ms. Brandi Rodgers and asked her who'd she recommend in the Sales Department? Her response was quick, Karen Herbert. I laughed, I thanked her for the referral, said my salutation to her and we hung up. Days went by and then I remember that I was supposed to call the Dealership and see if I can speak to Ms. Karen for an appointment. I called the Dealership, spoke to a really nice Lady on the phone and I asked her when or if Ms. Karen be in on Saturday (September 2019). She said that she'd be ther on Saturday, I said great and see you then. I got there on Saturday afternoon, walked in the BMW of Silver Spring Dealership, went to the Front Desk and asked to speak with Ms. Karen. They pointed to her Office, I went there straight away. I introduced myself to her and said that Ms. Brandi referred me to you. I gave her the spell of my situation, and that I need a new Car. OMG, she was so nice, and calm. She has such a sweet spirit about her. That truly helped me relax because it can get stressful and your guards are already up because you don't want to be taken advantage of. Oh, no, no, no, not with Ms. Karen. She really listens to what you say, she puts your mind at ease, she doesn't try to persuade you into a direction where you don't want to go. You know how some Client Advisor's are, they're only looking out for themselves. She's not aggressive, or tries to cut you off when you're talking, she's patience and her professionalism speaks volumes. When it was all said and done, I couldn't get the Car I wanted per THAT sales manager lady. I thought to myself fine, she's not the Christ. I told Ms. Karen I've had BIMMER's before, why is she being so difficult? No worries, God already worked it out, and she DOESN'T have the final say, He does. Karen said she will keep looking for me and get back with me when one becomes available. Weeks went by and Karen called me about a Car, I told her I wasn't interested into that one. Thanks for looking out for me but no Ma'am, I don't want to go with my main features in the Car that I won't live without. She understood and knew already that I wouldn't like that one. At least she called me like she said she would and tell me about a Car that came close to what I wanted in my new Car. I think it was a few days later Karen called me and left me a voicemail. She said to call her asap because she found a Car that I would love. She's holding it for me and that I need to come see this Car now. I laughed so hard when I heard her voicemail. After I heard her message, I called her. She picked up and told me to get there now. We both laughed, I said really? She said yes, I'm going to absolutely love it. Karen said it doesn't have all the features I want but it has the majority. I said I literally just left the Gym, she said for me to come now. I said ok, I'm on my way. I got there, and yes I ABSOLUTELY love that Car. It was already approved by the Sales Manager (Mr. James). I said really already, we both laughed. I test drove it and it drives wonderfully and the new features are awesome. It looks absolutely beautiful. I said ok, lets go talk to Mr. James so I can thank him for finding and approving the Car for me (he's absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend him!). Then she took me to Mr. Andrew in Finance (I highly recommendI met Mr. James and we went through the everything together. Came to a bottom line that I was comfortable with and signed on the bottom line. I walked away with a great deal, and a beautiful new 2019!! Ms. Karen Herbert thank you so much for everything, your due diligence, and for putting the customer first! Happy Sales to you Pretty Lady & God Bless You Royally!!

An Outstanding Client Advisor: Ms. Karen Spencer

Excellent experience buying my first BMW
I walked in to this dealership after test driving a few other cars and was coming in already prepared to have to deal with another aggressive manager who'd be trying to shove that car down my throat. What a pleasant surprise it was then to walk into BMW of Silver Spring and be greeted by Karen! She was friendly, knowledgable, accommodating, and just easy-going. We drove the car, I told her I loved it, and when we came back she immediately gave me an outline of what turned out to be a very good deal. She didn't try to shove it down my throat, didn't try to sell it to me on the spot. She just said, this is the deal we can give you, it's great, feel free to study it and get back to me. This is exactly what I did and two days later I was a happy owner of my first BMW. The deal was indeed great, they gave it to me themselves, no haggling. Granted, it was the last car on the lot of that year's model, so they obviously wanted to get rid of it, but still Karen made the experience easy and pleasant. It was also easy to communicate with her between the test drive and the purchase, and we did most of it over email, so I basically only had to come in and sign the papers. Fast and efficient. Definitely recommend this dealership and Karen specifically. Also, a couple of words about Julia Plummer who did the paperwork. She's very nice and friendly and at the same time efficient and professional. She made the experience of purchasing the car into a friendly conversation while completing all the paperwork quickly so I was on my way ~30 min after walking into her office. Excellent experience overall.
