The best BMW ever

I just want to say that Lonnie is the best sales representative ever. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and care for his customer in a way that’s indescribable. Thankful to have been placed under his care when I purchase my BMW. Oh I’m definitely going back to him For my next purchase. Happy Customer🙏🏾😌??

I was told that I needed a new fuel pump and only needed...

I was told that I needed a new fuel pump and only needed Oring. Terrible experience and a lot of back and forth and confusion.

Thomascgentle, Thank you for speaking with our Service Manager, Joe Diss. We recognize and very much appreciate that you have been a very good customer of our organization for a very long time. We apologize for the initial misdiagnosis as we had no way of knowing at the time that the fuel pump had been recently replaced elsewhere, and, unfortunately, that shop damaged the o-ring gasket when installing the fuel pump, which caused the fuel pump to be inoperable. We are glad we have been able to resolve this concern and we look forward to assisting you with whatever is needed in the future. First, I appreciate Joe Diss calling me to follow up. I gave him 4 stars for listening and resolving the confusion, ie it was only the O ring that was an issue and not the fuel pump. Joe called and today I received reimbursement for the diagnostic test. He said I can bring my other car there for a free diagnostic. I would like to schedule this directly with Joe if possible. I am confused by this response though. I informed the service provider the original fuel pump was defective and replaced in March 2018 and even confirmed the part number. Are you saying the pinched O ring caused an inoperable fuel pump? It’s a good start but I have to see how things go with my other car before I edit my rating and regain the trust. I hope that things go well with my next service and I can post a revised review.

First time car buyer experience was exceptional

I was shopping around all the major car brands for my first car. I had alright and bad customer service at some dealerships. I had gone to a different BMW and I had the worst service, I literally was on the verge of tears from how belittled I was made feel, after that I kind of gave up going to any other BMW dealership. I was on a time crunch because I had recently purchased my first home and needed something to get me to work and home, along with some additional basic features (I wasn't too picky). And my husband had mentioned that there was a auto mall near our new home and that we should shop around there. As soon as I stepped into BMW of Silver Spring I was welcomed and greeted. The vibes I felt were all so positive. I was introduced to David from his colleague Alejandro who saw me looking at the cars in the show room and he instantly made us feel welcomed. He went step by step on what I was looking for and took really good care of me and my husband (we were a bit sick at the time). He really took his time on comparing different models for me to make sure I bought what I wanted. I had the absolute best customer service with David, he made sure I felt comfortable with my car class, style, and price. He didn't leave any details out. He is very efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable about his work. Andrew was very professional, efficient and detailed oriented. He went through every detail of the finances of my purchase. He made you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about your car before you left the lot. Everyone is super friendly and kind at BMW of Silver Spring. I 100% recommend coming by to look for your next car here, and ask for DAVID and ANDREW! They will put a smile on your face 😁 Thank you all again! I love my BMW.

BMW ...from start to finish

I shopped all the major car brands and found everything that I wanted at BMW. Class, style, price, expertise and customer service. From start to finish, I found the process easy and professional and in the end, the end product, was terrific. Can not recommend BMW enough !
