Seamless purchase with exceptional customer service

I was doing online search for the BMW 750I x drive series with certain options and my dream car was available at Silver Spring and few other dealers. I happen to get in touch with Max Moyer who was very responsive, helpful and ready to work with me long distance as I was based out of Minnesota (2.5 hrs flight). Eventually, we negotiated a price which was win-win deal for both of us (most of the deals fail because one guy loses and other wins) . I flew from St Paul to Baltimore, signed the paperwork with Andrew and Max, moved out of the dealership in 3 hrs. Car was ready for me as promised in perfect condition with no hassles. Max was honest and upfront in what he can do and what he can't do. I was amazed with his professionalism at this young age. On the other hand I felt pity on other sales people from other dealerships who were unresponsive, slow, didn't have the desire to close the deal in win- win situation. Silver Spring team should be proud to have Max as one of the torch bearer in sales and customer satisfaction. Much Much easier than I expected

I recently turned in my lease on my X1 and decided to get the 2020 X4 and it has been a much easier process that I initially thought. First, my sales advisor Andy Alexis was very professional and focused on what my needs were, as opposed to trying to sell me what was on the lot. He was extremely attentive and made suggestions on options that I had not even thought about. At no time, during my buying experience did I feel pressured to get something I did not like. When I hear my friends talking about their car buying woes - I usually respond - you should have gone to BMW of Silver Spring! And ask for Andy while you’re at it. Andy Alexis Jr was really patient with me when showing the cool new features. He was very courteous and always smiling even when I repeated my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. You could tell he as great customer service skills.

Much Much easier than I expected

Efficient, Personable and Fair

Lonnie is efficient, personable and fair. I came in to the store with a concise deal in mind, and Lonnie made it happen. He got us into the car we wanted, in the timeframe we wanted, and for the price we wanted to pay. When it came time to iron out the final points of the deal, Lonnie brought us with him to the sales manager’s office — rather than waste time going back and forth between the sales manager and customer. He read the situation correctly and did what he needed to make the deal happen. Not once did he get frustrated with a single request; from start to finish he was nothing but genuine and courteous. We would absolutely buy from Lonnie again!

Andy was by far the best sales person I’ve ever worked with, very honest and professional! The process was very simple and easy. I told Andy exactly what I was looking for and he executed to a very high standard! I am a very proud buyer!

My best first buying experience ever!

I pretty much knew what I wanted to get but I wouldn’t say I have the best credit. Karen took her time to explain the process to me being that this was also my first time buying a car. Her customer service skills are phenomenal not only does she have so much patience (giving the fact that buying a car is an all day thing) but she is the most sweetest and caring person. She actually cares! Most sales reps will just say “Sorry, you don’t qualify...goodbye, have a nice day!” or if you don’t like your car note they’ll just rush you to leave and that’s it. Karen will actually try her hardest to get you the best APR or try and get you a decent car note with the car you want. I was shocked when I got approved with the car I wanted and I was blessed to have someone like Karen be the person to help make that happen. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s interested and wanting to buy a car to go to BMW of Silver Spring and ask for Karen Hubert! You will love her! Best experience I’ve had buying a car for the first time, thank you Karen!

Buying BMW

Overall impression - Professional, attentive, patient. No pressure sales advisor Karen Herbert, and sales manager; very grounded and transparent; was buying used BMW, and tried multiple cars before making final decision. Came over to the dealership several times and Karen Herbert was always patient and very friendly and no pressure person, gave a lot of useful information to pay attention to when making decision. She followed up with the emails after each visit and was providing as much information about the cars as possible. Sales manager was extremely friendly and very helpful clearing some of the questions I had. Once the deal was done, all the other parties, finance, car cleaning and check out were done fast, great and without any issues. Definitely recommend this dealership
