Start to finish great customer service and customer experience across the entire team, from reception to the dealer GM, to the guy that put on my front license bracket just how I wanted it, to woman in finance, to the guy who gave me a quick tutorial on the tech - and of course Karen Herbert who closed the sale with me and coordinated with rest of the team. Great inventory, too. Worth the trip over to MD..

Lonnie did an excellent job in answering all my questions and helping me to make an informed decision. He also went above and beyond to assist me in finding the car I want since the specific model was already gone from this dealership by the time I made the call.

I drove 4 hours from Pennsylvania to buy a car from Alejandro Schubert! I found a car that I liked online and he instantly made a great connection with me. Very fast at returning my emails and very personable to deal with! We had a little snag with the financing part of it after I arrived, but between Alejandro and the finance manager, Julia, they got it all worked out to get me in my new car and on my way back home! Highly recommended!!
