terrible service
If i could give a -1 , i would . This is the worst experience we have had after buying a so called "certified preowned" for my daughter. Its quite clear, the mechanics who certify the 2015 BMW 428i Convertible barely 40,000 miles are not certified themselves. Ever since buying the car, December 2018, there has been problem after problem. Been to the service center 3 times. First leaking washer fluid, took it there and was told, it has been flushed, continue to leak pool of fluid, and a rude service guy said it normal there was nothing wrong, leaves can clog the tubing, but on insistence car kept over and problem was solved once and for all. Next a under carriage is noticed to be hanging compared to other side after it came back, then flap/trim on roof passenger side spontaneously flips of and take for repair and told, the under carriage hanging part is "normal for air". Are you kidding me? i looked under and there is a screw missing and other side is screwed in so air crap is simply nonsense, either lack of knowledge or disregard of obvious abnormality. as for flap was told not cover by warranty cause external damage so pay $1175 ! that for something that occurred spontaneously. That was on 3/28/19 Confirmation Code X064DSF4N9 My plan is if i don't sell them back this car, definitely never going there. I would not wish this on anyone. Go buy your car elsewhere, if possible a different brand.

2019 Silver X3

This was my tenth vehicle purchase in the last 14 years. I like to buy my cars over the Internet, usually traveling 3-5 hours from where I live to get the best possible deal I can find. I like working with dealerships and sales staff that embrace selling cars over the Internet with out the traditional inefficient experiences of coming into the dealership to play the "waiting game" in order to eventually get the best possible price. When purchasing a vehicle over the Internet I look for the following: 1. Clear, upfront, best offer pricing information that doesn't change when you arrive in person 2. The ability to handle most of the paperwork via email prior to visiting 3. Timely responses to questions via email 4. Spending less than 2 hours total time at the dealership for vehicle pickup.
