I recently purchased a 2019 740i. Truly a great experience! Credit goes to my sales guy Tae Yeon, for helping me though out this process. I must have visited the dealership over a dozens times while I was trying to make up my mind. Tae always made me feel welcomed and was great at following up with me with all my questions! This was my second purchase from this dealership in the past 4 years and both times, Tae and his team were more that amazing and made me feel great about my purchase! I would highly recommend their expertise!

Eric is Outatanding. He is very thorough with communication and all around, a gret person to work with. Eric is very helpful and takes his time with comsopmers.

My client advisor, Mr. Lonnie Overby was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and the sale process. He made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. He provided a few vehicles to test drive so that we could be sure of the model we wanted. Once we agreed on the car and price. Mr. Overby went to extra effort to find our selected vehicle, since it was not in their inventory. Within a week he called us and said that the car was ready for us to pick up. When we got to the dealership, he showed us the car and we took it for a test drive. Then Mr. Overby set up the satellite radio for us, and finished preparing the paperwork for the finance department. Just now, Mr. Overby called us to make sure we were happy with the vehicle. I told him were pleased with the BMW and would call if I had any questions. Overall, I would rate this purchase as a very pleasant one, and will go back to BMW of Silver Spring for my next vehicle.

We quickly closed the deal from first meeting to car delivery in 3 days, as he promised. My dealing with the finance people, particularly Anthony Lucas, was also a very good experience.
