I have been to this dealership quite a few times for buying my first car in United States. I had an amazing experience, especially the client advisor (Desirea Jackson) was extremely kind, patient and informative on the cars. This dealership has one best inventories for both used and new cars and I totally recommend this place. Also, the website for this dealership is updated and quite informative.

Go see Harold at BMW Silver Spring has been our salesman for 4 cars. He offers excellent sales service and always delivers on his words. I am sure we will be back! The customer finance department is always on point and gives the best advice. The parts and service department are always there to answer your questions plus they are fast. Thanks again for another great ride. PS, my all electric i4 is second to none!

We scheduled an appointment to tentatively purchase a specific model from Nate. When we were there in person, didn’t love the car but Nate was patient and helped us to explore if they had other options that wouldnfit our preferences available. He never was pushy to make the sale. He is responsive to text messages and try to do as much as his role allows to help the customer. David Davila and the Silver Spring team were incredible. Right to the point and no messing around. Got me into the car I wanted, in 5 hours, and it wasn’t even in the lot. Walked right out of Toyota and happy I did. Will be leasing cars with the BMW silver spring team from now on. The extra $$ on a BMW is worth it for the overall experience and vehicle.

Bought my 2021 540i X-drive off end of lease today! Whole transaction took one hour! Fast!! Have had many leased 5 series from BMW of Silver Spring and with Desirea Jackson. Great dealership for lease, sales and service. I would not go anywhere else. Always friendly, accommodating, going the extra mile to get the best deal and service. Desirea is great in every way, and fun as she changes the tags herself with her pink tool kit including her pink drill/screwdriver!!! . I remain loyal to her and BMW of Silver Sp[ring!!!

Silver Spring BMW has THE best crew EVER! My service advisor Brandi Rodgers is absolutely AH-MAZING! She is the epitome of stellar customer service! Quite simply, there is no one more on top of their game! She always goes the extra mile -- whether that's making sure there is a loaner available or spending (untold) time on the phone with the warranty companies to make sure whatever ails your car is appropriately covered! And her colleagues are a true delight, as well! Everyone from Joe, the service manager who overseas the department, to Kerry, who handles the loaner cars, to the guys in the garage who receive your car when you drop it off, there's not a more delightful crew around! I'd also like to take this opportunity to give a special shout out to the lovely Mrs, Jessie, who always seems to be there when you pick up and pay for your car. At then end of a long day, I'm sure she (like everyone else) would love to get home asap. But she never rushes customers (even those who sneak in the last moments before closing!) and always takes the time to engage in conversation and make us feel like we're part of the BMW family!
