Responsive, efficient, and respectful. This dealership helped me with my first BMW purchase and things could not have gone smoother. Even though it was a little farther for me to drive and there were other BMW dealerships closer to home, it was well worth the distance. Fantastic service all around!

I took my car in for service because it was making noise
I took my car in for service because it was making noise from the engine. The dealer techs misdiagnosed the problem and fixed the idler pulley instead. I took it back to them and they gave me a loaner since their techs were busy that day. Mr Joe Diss called me to tell me that the issue may be with the Vanos system and in order to make this determination I would have to pay $1700! I told him to give me the weekend to think about it. Since they were going to credit me the initial cost to change the idler pulley ($745) I told them to proceed. When they were going to check the car it would not start. At this point, Mr Joe Diss called me to say that I would need to pay to fix the car or have it towed to my home. The car is a 2010 128i that sat on their lot for over a month without being serviced. My expectation is that my car should return to my home just like I took it to them - being driven. Now they sent me a Demand for Return of Loaner and are saying that I have abandoned my car. This is the worst, and I mean the WORST dealership in the area. Their customer service is subpar and they do not take ANY responsibility for their negligence.

I came into the SilverSpring location not looking to get
I came into the SilverSpring location not looking to get anything crazy just wanted a vehicle for my family and I. When I met Dani she was very warm, pleasant and genuine. While perusing through the showroom, I found a car considerably more expensive than what i bargained for. Dani wasnt pushy and patiently gave me answers to all the questions I had concerning my new find. I soon test drove the car and the rest is history. Dani assisted me in the buying process like no other salesperson. I was comfortable and rest assured i was in good hands. If you. ever walk into that dealership, don't skip out on Dani. She is the best. 6 stars if possible.

Dani was very helpful and not at all pushy as she listened to me rattle off the things I wanted to learn more about relating to a pre-owned vehicle. She followed through on all her commitments and was honest throughout. Dani knows her stuff so if you're a car nerd like me I recommend you ask for her. I definitely will work with Dani again should I return to BMW of Silver Spring.

Hey there ! I just wanted to share my experience with one of your service advisors, Kimberly Drew. Unfortunately, I found her behavior to be very unprofessional. I needed service for my vehicle and she brushed me off as if I was a nobody, not only that but her communication skills were very poor. I do not understand why managers hire people with poor customer service. i left without getting my car serviced and will not be coming back. Ron Askew, he noticed me looking at the trucks on the floor. He came to assist me when I had some questions on some prices of trucks. He was my representative 4 years ago and got me a good deal on a BMW X1 2021. Today, he did it again with helping me with a new deal, and discounts on BMW X3. I am excited with my purchase and love my truck.
