Professional and listened to my needs to immediately replace a car assessed a total loss. No hard sell tactics but real salesmanship letting the customer guide the sale. Purchased a car in one day!! Returned to pick -up car and Ron suggested I ask for "Mike" who could demonstrate some of the evolving auto technology. Mike was patient and great to work with too.

After some missteps and a series of unfortunate events, I’m glad to say the Service Department here, specifically, Service Director Ron Ptak and Service Advisor, Chase King were able to provide the QUALITY customer service experience becoming of a BMW Dealership! Mr. Ptak’s genuineness, knowledge, and passion for the work are clearly evident in his ability to engage in solution focused practices; identify and utilize opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and service delivery practices at Silver Spring. Needless to say he definitely made up for the less than exemplar experience I had previously with others; and for that I am most appreciative. Mr. Ptak took the time to contact me related to a previous “less than satisfactory” experience; listened to my concerns, and was able to effectively communicate, problem solve, and better inform me of my options and the service needed for my M550i; from start to finish.
