From the welcome at the front desk, to the sales

From the welcome at the front desk, to the sales experience with Ron, to the finance process with Will, to the greetings from Max and Matt. Everything was smooth, and professional. No pressure at all. Ron provided outstanding service and made me feel exceptionally comfortable with the entire process. He was knowledgeable, extremely efficient and an excellent communicator.

Great team at BMW of Silver Spring!

Great team at BMW of Silver Spring! I bought a car from 500 miles away, sight unseen and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable that I was getting exactly what I thought. Scott Sohn was very professional and responsive, even on his days off. He and his team took care of the paperwork and helping arrange transportation in a timely manner, I was driving within a week of deal acceptance. When you are buying a used car off the internet, one of the most important things a dealer can do is instill trust in the buyer, and no one did it better than Scott and his team at BMW of Silver Spring.

Professional and listened to my needs to immediately

Professional and listened to my needs to immediately replace a car assessed a total loss. No hard sell tactics but real salesmanship letting the customer guide the sale. Purchased a car in one day!! Returned to pick -up car and Ron suggested I ask for "Mike" who could demonstrate some of the evolving auto technology. Mike was patient and great to work with too.

EXCELLENT RECOVERY! After some missteps and a series of unfortunate events, I’m glad to say the Service Department here, specifically, Service Director Ron Ptak and Service Advisor, Chase King were able to provide the QUALITY customer service experience becoming of a BMW Dealership! Mr. Ptak’s genuineness, knowledge, and passion for the work are clearly evident in his ability to engage in solution focused practices; identify and utilize opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and service delivery practices at Silver Spring. Needless to say he definitely made up for the less than exemplar experience I had previously with others; and for that I am most appreciative. Mr. Ptak took the time to contact me related to a previous “less than satisfactory” experience; listened to my concerns, and was able to effectively communicate, problem solve, and better inform me of my options and the service needed for my M550i; from start to finish. I greatly appreciate the collaborative effort between Mr. Ptak and Mr. C. King. In the end I can say I am most confident in working with these two in the future.
