Scott and Gen are rock stars! Scott maintained consistent communication with me as I navigated my purchase budget and my trade-in. He was patient and completely transparent through the entire process, which stemmed a few months as I awaited the arrival of a 2024 Series 4. Gen made the financial process an enjoyable one, and I can honestly say I had never before enjoyed the financial aspect of buying a car. He was friendly, transparent, and truly assessed my needs rather than trying to relentlessly push the extended warranties and other extras. I had ill feelings towards BMW after a horrible experience at my local dealership, but now, after my experience at Silver Springs, I can truly say I won't ever buy anything other than BMW now, and Scott and Gen at Silver Springs will be my go-to guys.

Car sat over night and I picked up next day.
Car sat over night and I picked up next day. I wished the car would have been detailed better...I came home and did it myself...they should hire me. Quality...I left with the car because I wanted it and I liked the deal for my trade. I wasn't fully clear on details when I left and I had to call back for a document I did not receive. All minor but there is such a thing as Good, Better...Best...and I received better. The money I spent, this review should be much better...i felt as if I was routine and the service proved it...not horrible but wasn't the best.
