I originally brought my car in for service. Learning that I would need to replace my vehicle sooner than later is when I met Brittany. She was so welcoming and genuine. She went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier! From the time of our meeting, she worked with me to make sure I was 100% comfortable as well as happy making the overall purchase of my 2020 BMW X3 seamless, from selecting a vehicle to financing. She was professional, attentive, considerate, patient and more so she listened. She did not try to sell me anything more than what I asked for. We discussed options to fit my needs that included body style, colors, amenities as well as price. She was very knowledgeable and could roll out the facts and stats about the vehicle I was interested in. She made me feel so comfortable that my test drive felt as though we were just out for an afternoon cruise. It was a long day, however, Brittany went above and beyond and made sure I had lunch while I waited to finalize my purchase. I will forever remember her infectious energy. Couldn't asked for a better experience. Worked with Kyle and Gen on a custom order BMW i4 and neither disappointed. Kyle kept me up to date on the car's process from the time it hit the assembly line to when it was delivered. Gave me plenty of time to review every part of the car before signing anything then walked me through every feature of the car before I left.

It was the easiest car buying experience that I can recall. Everyone was courteous and efficient from the sales staff to the finance team.

Kyle facilitated a remote deal and communicated effectively. Only came in to drive the vehicle home and in total only spend 1.5 hours at the dealership.
