BMW of Silver Spring

I purchased my Wife’s 2022 BMW X3 at BMW of Silver Springs, late last year! Long story short......We ended up refinancing our X3, we had a little issue refunding of GAP coverage. Gen Awanohara step-in and "Voila"!! Fixed it! Got our money back. I can't put in words how Gen help us out without sounding corny. Thank you Gen & thank you BMW staff.

I felt very comfortable/stress free while talking to him about selling my car and the car I want to buy. He showed me all the features and drove the car for me (I forgot my wallet) so that I could still get to experience it. I will be back with my wallet to test drive and happily continue working with Lonnie.

Brittany is extremely professional, dedicated, hard worker that makes time for new and current clients! I was there for routine service but I had the chance to test drive the BMW XM at the M Town event. Brittany went out of her way to provide me with a tour of all of the new vehicles and came along on the test drive, providing detailed explanations for all of my questions/concerns.
