Thanks to Harold, we had an absolutely wonderful experience! We had been car-hunting for 14 months before we went to BMW of Silver Spring. Harold was helpful every step of the way. He helped us to place our factory-order for our X1, giving us updates and information as we waited. He was helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. I could not ask for more in a car-buying experience.

I recently leased a vehicle from BMW of Silver Spring and was lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with Scott Sohn. Scott went above our expectations in the level of service he provided. The dealership didn’t have the vehicle we were looking for in their inventory, so he went looking for it. He scoured the entire east coast to find a vehicle with our specific options, and eventually did. He was also able to get the vehicle transferred to his location in a very short amount of time. In addition, he was very transparent when it came to costs and negotiating on the price of the vehicle, and didn’t apply unnecessary pressure or the normal “back and forth” haggling that most car buyers have experienced at one time or another.
