Great dealership, excellent experience

Great dealership, and overall buying experience. I worked with Nate to buy a m3. He was super knowledgeable about the car, the process, and took the initiative to accelerate processes where possible so I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. He was very communicative throughout and helped me answer all my questions throughout the buying process, and even after!

Wonderful care and decide

I bought my car over a year ago from Dave Davilla and I went back for service and had questionsagain a year later. David was a friendly and helpful as the day I bought my car. He spent over an hour with us showing us things in the function of the car, arraigned for my car to get washed and was super helpful. Thank you so much. I've always had exceptional service from Joe Diss and Kerri Jones in the service and car loaner department, and I will add David Davilla onto the list for exceptional care that Ireceive from this dealership. Excellent Experience

I had a wonderful experience with BMW of Silver Spring. Nate Vitek was always attentive, patient, and fully informed. I expected to be treated well at a BMW dealership, but Nate and the rest of his colleagues far exceeded my expectations. I had an excellent experience at BMW of Silver Spring. Nate Vitek was able to get me the i4 that I really wanted, and he do so with a lot of patience. He is informed, pleasant, and always prepared. I got the car I want with customer service that exceeded my expectations.

Nate was extremely helpful in guiding me through the new

Nate was extremely helpful in guiding me through the new car process. As a car guy, it was refreshing to meet Nate who's knowledge superseded mine by a huge multiple. The process was fast and easy and Nate helped me configure the car to my exact preferences. Trade in and financing was seamless. Management was helpful at the onset and Nate led me though the process. I have serviced cars there but never purchased. Service has always been friendly and efficient. Great all around experience.

Ask for Miguel! We went to multiple BMWs around the DC area looking for a M3. Miguel was straightforward with us and patient with our questions. Great Experience

BMW of Silver Spring is a great dealership. Starting with the sales manager, Joanna, she guided me to start the process. My sales guy Nate was extremely helpful and guided me with each option as I ordered my new 540XI. Nate's follow up was impectable and the car came in earlier then expected. Nate communicated with me throughout the entire process and made sure I knew about every option on the car. Trade-in and financing was easy. The finance manager was friendly and helpful and picking up the new car was an extremely fast process.
