Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with shopping and leasing a new car. My sales consultant Lonnie O. was the bee knees, super experienced and down to earth. He explained everything precisely and helped me swap my lease. I also have to mention Aaron in the finance department, super professional and accurate. Both of these guys are definitely assets to the company. Will recommend!

We received the best level of service from both Lonnie

We received the best level of service from both Lonnie Overby, client advisor, and Gen Awanohara, business manager. From the day when we placed the order to the day when we came to pick up our car, Lonnie was always very detail-oriented, kind and informative, keeping us well informed on the status of production and delivery. He gave us an excellent tour thru all the important settings and features of our new car. Gen provided outstanding quality of service explaining all the financial parameters of the transaction, and he covered and addressed all our questions. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and co-workers!

I recently purchased my BM x7.

I recently purchased my BM x7.0 at the BMW of Silver Spring. Client agent Christian Perry helped in the process. Christian helped us understand the BMW features in detail. My wife and I were looking for Range Rover as we already have a BMW. But Christian made us understand the features better. When we didn't find what we needed in the inventory, he advised us to build and order and also informed us that it won't take more than 1 month to get the BMW from the build. That was very helpful, as we stopped looking around and ordered our build. Christian helped us track the order, collect the documents, and informed us about all the activities associated with our purchase. He was very much involved like a family person in getting this deal done with a happy face. It was really wonderful experience at BMW of silver spring. The finance office was also helpful and took less time to complete the sale. Thanks, Christian and the entire BMW of Silver Spring staff.
