I had purchased & financed a 740 CPO back in Jun 2020 from Silver Spring dealership. A few weeks ago I walked in to the dealership with some questions & wanting to make some adjustments about my payments, coverages, etc. Mr. Gen Awanohara took me in to his office and provided me with all the needed information. I subsequently reached out to him via phone emails with some additional follow up questions & requests. He emailed all the documents that I requested. Gen spoke & acted very professionally. He was very patient with all my requests. He completely answered all my questions. He was very responsive & quickly provided all the documents that I requested. He spoke & acted with my best interests in mind. I believe Gen is a great asset to this dealership.
