I recently completed a long-awaited purchase of my 2023 BMW i4 from BMW of Silver Spring. Mr. Harold Shelby was my sales representative. Harold initially took me out to test drive the vehicle that was on site back in July 2022. Even then, I could tell that Harold was enthusiastic about the new BMW i4, but he was also patient in answering all my questions and pointing out the different options and features of the electric vehicle. I was not quite ready to make a decision on the purchase that same day, but a few days later, I decided that I wanted to move forward. It took about 9 months for the vehicle to be manufactured and delivered, but during that time, I frequently checked in with Harold to get updates. Harold was always willing to provide these updates, frequently needing to call corporate to get additional information. He remained enthusiastic, and patient in all of my interactions with him. I came to believe that Harold was trustworthy and also I believe him to be an honest individual. I repeat, a patient, trustworthy and honest individual which is not something that many consumers would express about a sales representative. Harold even followed up with me on a few occasions since I picked up the vehicle to check that things are going well and to offer his time to assist me if I needed it. Because the experience was so positive for me, I would gladly recommend that my friends and family purchase a vehicle from him, if they were in the market to do so.
