Thank you, BMW of Silver Springs, and David Davila

My wife, Lois and I had a very positive experience with BMW of Silver Spring. Since we had first located the car online. We scheduled a very late appointment and arrived 1/2 hour before the dealership was scheduled to close. David Davila was very helpful and patient with us even as the dealership was being closed for the evening. We purchased a used car, which was in very good shape, except for a man minor ding in the bumper. My wife fell in love with the car. David was able to get it repaired and service within a couple of days. When we discovered the 110 V charging cord was missing., David was able to obtain it from the previous owner. He had it shipped to us. If you can ask for a sales representative, I would encourage you to ask for David Davila. He will be happy with his service and his follow-through. We also had an excellent experience with the finance department. We purchased a bumper to bumper four year extended warranty since we were buying a used car. Thank you, BMW of Silver Springs,.
