Brittany was wonderful to work with.

Brittany was wonderful to work with. She spent so much time with me explaining all the details of the X5 hybrid and answered every question I had. She honestly cared about my buying experience and wanted it to be exciting and pleasant. That is more than I’ve ever encountered in any other dealership. Going to Annapolis would have been much more convenient, but I chose BMW of Silver Spring because of Brittany’s professionalism. In general, regarding the dealership, my X5 needed to be built and it was done in a timely manner. When I picked it up, the procedure was easy and wasn’t frustrating at all.

Second Time Around

Buying a car from David D. Is the easiest most pleasant experience. There are no sleezy sales tactics just straight forward honesty with a large helping of patience. This is my second purchase from David and my second X3. If you are looking for someone you can trust, that will give you all the information you will need to make a solid educated decision ask for him when you visit their showroom.

Steve and Gen made this process seamless. From setting up the test drive to reviewing the documents remotely, they made everything easy. The day I picked up the car, I was in and out within an hour with a vehicle that I was thrilled about. Great team to work with, I no doubt would come back to them to purchase another vehicle.
