Easy as pie

Morgan & service staff did a used vehicle inspection on...

Morgan & service staff did a used vehicle inspection on my F150 and also fixed two other small issues in the cab. Morgan & service staff were friendly, timely and great to work with. I will definitely call Morgan in the service department at Chapman Ford Scottsdale if I need future service on my F150.

Smooth Experience

Having bought cars before, I typically expect the worst walking into dealership. It was a pleasant surprise to work with Dedrick who not only was polite and cared about what I had to say, but he also made the process easy and hassle-free. From test driving the vehicle, to taking all my information, and leading us into the financing process, it could not have been easier to buy our vehicle. We expected to have it three days later which was no problem, but Dedrick was able to have it ready to go by the end of the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Great selection and easy purchase process

Dedrick really made my purchase of a new Ford Ranger as smooth as possible. Pure friendly and none of the pushy business. I pretty much set the price and my terms and we made a deal as easy as that.

I already spoke with manager after manager and eventually the owner, Baxter Chapman (before he passed away). There is nothing you can do to undo my experience. Chapman Ford was a horrible experience.

Great experience.

Pretty great experience over all. Sabin was the only sales person who seemed to know anything about the Ranger compared to like 8 other sales people I visited across the east valley. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he didn’t make something up and found the answer. Great job overall, would buy from again.

Very Responsive

Sabin was overly responsive with all of my questions and concerns. Would return my text and calls within minutes it seemed like. Negotiated a great deal I was pleased with and the follow up post sale was as good as the pre. Finance Manager was also very assertive and helpful. Overall Experience was Greatly Satisfied 5 Stars!
