I had a very positive experience when purchasing my new vechile. I knew what I wanted (manual transmission), white, hatchback, fiesta. When I saw the ST line I really liked it. Felix checked the inventory and saw the vechile. He followed up with me and searched endlessly with dealerships until he found one. When I picked it up, he went through the entire vechile explaining each option and how they worked. 😊

I had been searching for a used Mustang GT for months up North in Flagstaff and Prescott to no avail. They pretty much told me that they sell trucks and suvs and did not have a market for Mustangs. I finally called Chapman Ford and spoke with Kelly and not only did they have one in stock but emailed me pictures and details about it. Kelly was very nice and told me I could come down anytime I wanted to look at and drive the car. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the car and knew things about it that only an car nut would know. She was very low pressure and we made a deal fairly quickly. It was a great buying experience and I would recommend Chapman Ford to anyone. Kelly has even called me a few times after the purchase to make sure I still love the car which I do!

Do you want a Ford Tough Truck, then stop searching and head directly to CHAPMAN FORD!! Do you want excellent Ford customer service, then stop searching and grab Felix Ocana. If Felix is not available, talk to Jamie Palmisano... You can not go wrong with either one of them. They both listen to what you want and need. Felix is high speed, so have your running shoes on and Jamie is laid back bring a chair and relax LOL. They are both great and as a team they will absolutely get you in the truck or car that is perfect for you. Don't behave like I did looking at competitor dealerships that offer pre-owned Fords on their lots just trying to imitate Ford Quality Service because they can't match Felix or Jamie at Chapman Ford !!! I will NOT buy a Ford unless it is at a true Ford dealership.
