From the moment my wife and I saw Tim, we knew our experience was going to be a positive one. He didn't look, walk or talk like a typical car/truck salesman. Tim is a genuine listener and "make it happen" guy. He heard me during the test drive as he explained various options and I said certain ones weren't important to me. He knew I had another appointment up north and I had just stopped in to see if a deal might be made. He asked my permission to check on things rather than just taking control. Tim went to his Manager and came back with 3 solid deal options because he had listened to what I had said. There was no hard pressure to try and up-sell on something I didn't want or need. I was able to make a well informed decision and the entire process from meeting through sign off in finance took about one hour.
