Genuine and honest deal on 2019 Ford F150 4x4

From the moment my wife and I saw Tim, we knew our experience was going to be a positive one. He didn't look, walk or talk like a typical car/truck salesman. Tim is a genuine listener and "make it happen" guy. He heard me during the test drive as he explained various options and I said certain ones weren't important to me. He knew I had another appointment up north and I had just stopped in to see if a deal might be made. He asked my permission to check on things rather than just taking control. Tim went to his Manager and came back with 3 solid deal options because he had listened to what I had said. There was no hard pressure to try and up-sell on something I didn't want or need. I was able to make a well informed decision and the entire process from meeting through sign off in finance took about one hour. This is how an individual who knows his product(s), actively listens to his customers wants and needs, matches them using his expertise and personality to create an experience that is truly a Tim Beal genuine real deal others should aspire to achieve.

From start to finish most enjoyable buying experience EVER

We came right before closing and were warmly greeted by Amore Morsy (such an awesome person!) who continued to help us in buying the right car for us. We are picky and knowledgable buyers so for this dealership to meet all of our needs AND give us the best and honest deal was spectacular! My Husband came with an excel spreadsheet ready and we feel like they really gave us an great deal! Everyone at this dealership felt genuine and there was a high level of professionalism from the moment we stepped in.. John Hurley is the Sales Manager and was incredibly kind and helpful as well. He is an honored Vet so thank him for his service if you come here 😊 We smiled and laughed more times than I can even count and didn't feel pressured in any way. We felt like we were with family. The paperwork was quick and painless and Steven Turai got us on our way in our new car!! We can't say enough about how great this experience was. We will buy here again and we will direct our friends and family here too! Thank you so so much.

Excellent experience

Everything went incredibly smoothly. Dedrick was an incredible help in explaining everything, which is great for me because I’m completely illiterate when it comes to cars. Highest of recommendations.

Super easy and comfortable

Amore was so great! He really listened to what I wanted and wasn’t pushy at all. I felt very comfortable purchasing my first car from him! I would highly recommend this dealership as they are very friendly and are there to help the customer.

Front end alignment, belts, 150,000

Oversize 35' tires sitting on 6' lift. 2011 F 150. Rolling over 157,K another perfect service report. The whole crew, job well done. Chapman Scottsdale performs all the maintenance on this truck, oil changes too. New grounds for the Dealership, everything is new. Excellent attitudes getting you whatever you need. Nerver had a bad service there, I tip my hat. Ref. 150k inspection service, with front and rear alinement. belts and hoses. And they even washed it too. I love that place, don't change a thing......Thx man

Best Service Ever

I can't say enough good things about the service we received at Chapman Ford. The Service Advisor and Service Manager went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied customers. We had our 2013 Ford Escape towed there when it failed. They worked with us and our 3rd party extended warranty company to replace the engine. They were patient while we worked with the warranty co. They were responsive, honest and we drove home in a car we know was done right and we can rely on. When we need a new car Chapman Ford will be my first choice.
