Best Vehicle buying experience ever!!

This was the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had!! Everyone at Chapman we’re kind and courteous even though they weren’t our sales person always asking if there was anything they could get or needed!! Felix Ocona went above and beyond making the deal on our truck fit into our budget!!! I have never had a sales person work as hard as Felix has to make sure all our needs were met during this purchase. I never had a problem with Felix answering my calls or returning my calls during our hunt to find the exact truck we were looking for and even after driving the truck off the lot he always is available for any questions I might have about the new technology!! I wouldn’t hesitate referring Felix or Chapman Ford to any of my family or friends looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!!! From the test drive to the financing this was the BEST truck buying experience I could have hoped for!!! Thank you to all the Chapman staff and Felix!! Sincerely Joe & Sue Newby

Wonderful experience

We were referred to this dealership and Shawn, Dedrick, and Wendy did not disappoint. They were respectful of my time and wishes. I never felt pushed or trapped into choosing a certain car. There were no tricks or gimmicks. I am very happy with the deal on the car and the amount we received on the trade in. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and these sales and finance people to anyone looking for a car, new or used.

Dream truck!

Great professional service. Did not feel pressured or undermined once during the transaction. I received a fair deal and my encounter with each employee was pleasant. The salesman Amore is a very obvious family man and genuine person. Would recommend him to anyone. Purchased my dream truck and couldn’t be happier.

My Great Experience in Purchasing a New Vehicle From Chapman

I recently purchased a new Ford truck from Chapman Ford. Armore Morsey was our salesman. He was very polite and pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the three models we were interested in. At no time was there any pressure from anyone at the dealership. Once our decision was made on the model we wanted, Armore went to work and got us our very best price. Prior to meeting with the finance manager, we met with Melissa Pierce who went over several things on the vehicle. She was also very polite and knowledgeable. In addition, she took the time to set up both my wife’s and my cell phones with an app that can control some of the functions on our new truck. Afterwards, we met with Jeremy Carithers, Finance Manager. He was also polite and professional about his business. He discussed with us the optional items that we could purchase. Although we declined to purchase any of the options, he never put any pressure on us to purchase. Overall, the entire experience was pleasant and I would highly recommend going to this dealership for someone who was in the market to purchase a Ford.

Amore is the BEST.

Amore first helped my dad purchase my mom's mustang for a killer deal and then 2 months later for me an even better deal for my mustang. Absolutely the best and so helpful and kind. Best car buying experience for the family. Felt so well taken care of. Unparalleled experience. Thanks Amore!

Worth driving in from out of state!

I had been looking for a used Ford Raptor for several months and finally decided that it could be worth driving out of California to find a better deal for a better truck. The service and professionalism Amore Morsy provided was amazing. I spoke with him several times over the phone and we exchanged information via email and I decided that I would drive a rental car 6 hours to Scottsdale from Southern California and then drive the truck back. The process was easy fast and Amore and Jeremy from finance were both very easy to work with, friendly and efficient. The process could not have been easier I was in and out in about an hour and couldn't be happier with the purchase or the service. I would 100% recommend Chapman Ford and Amore to anyone in the Scottsdale area. He went out of his way to make it as easy as possible for me. He was very knowledgeable and very low pressure. He is a true professional and I am sure you won't be disappointed. Give him a call and ask for him specifically, you will be glad you did. I drove 6 hours each way and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great experience

Over the years I have purchased several cars, not only for myself but also for my wife, and have helped with the purchase of our children's first vehicles. Chapman Ford in Scottsdale, from our Sales Professional, Amore Morsy, to financing with Steven Turai, was not only easy but I have to admit, enjoyable. There was no pressure or sales pitches. They were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. On top of all that they were even able to offer me a lower interest rate then what I came in with. I highly recommend this dealership. Sales Manager, John Hurley, has a fantastic team. Thank you all very much.

Great Fleet Department

Don Stich the Fleet Director was great to work with, I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from him. As a business owner I have a very busy schedule. I called Don told him what I needed and he had it ready for me when I got there. I was able to buy my new F-250 in less than an hour. I would also like to thank Steve Countryman the GM for taking the time to personally come out and thank me for my business.

Looking at New and Used Cars

i have never written a review without buying something until now. I am in the market for a new or used car with no time line. I have test driving a number of cars to see what i actually want. When i enter a dealership i tell the Sales Person I am not buying today, only looking. All of then listen but don't hear me. Why are you are buying today, we have finance specials and leasing options. The answer is my Mom recently passed away and I am closing up her affairs. All listened but only Tim Beal heard me. I explained my situation and that I have a short list of cars i want to drive and price, the Fort Mustang being one of them. Tim sympathized with my situation and asked me to call him when i determine what I want. I then test drove a Fort Mustang and asked questions about the Mustang vehicle. I was so impressed with Tim, that he is the only Sales Person I gave my name and telephone number to I asked him to look out for a couple of specific Mustang vehicles with the stipulation that I may not buy right away but his information is making me aware of what is out there. I have bought many a car from many different dealers in my life time, Tim is the best and made a lasting impression on me. Not sure my final decision will be a Mustang (I have driven a number ofFirebirds and Camaros) my whole life. But if it is a Mustang it will be bought through Tim. One last story of his character. I told Tim I am a Camaro fan but the new ones feel like a dungeon and you can't see out of them. Instead of seizing the moment and criticizing the Camaro, he just agreed that they have become difficult to see out of. That was it and we talked about the Mustang. Tim is a class act and what Sales People in any industry should be like.
